About Us
Our Process

Log selection & harvesting
Mature logs (e.g., Okoume, Gurjan) are carefully selected and harvested. Good raw timber and responsible sourcing are the first step to strong, stable plywood.
Debarking & conditioning
Logs are debarked and then conditioned — usually steamed or soaked — to soften the wood so it can be peeled or sliced into thin sheets (veneers).
Veneer peeling & slicing
The conditioned log is rotary-peeled or sliced on a lathe to produce continuous veneers. These sheets are trimmed, sorted, and grouped by thickness and quality. (Face veneers like Okoume or Gurjan are separated for the visible outer layers.)
Drying & grading
Wet veneers are dried to the correct moisture content in dryers. After drying they’re graded for appearance and structural quality — only high-quality face veneers are kept for visible surfaces.
Gluing & layup (cross-lamination)
Veneers are stacked with grains at right angles (cross-lamination) and adhesive applied between layers. Interior MR plywood typically uses urea-based adhesives; BWR/exterior plywood uses phenolic (boiling-water resistant) adhesives. stability.
Hot pressing, trimming & finishing
The veneer stack is hot-pressed under heat and pressure to cure the glue and form solid panels. Panels are trimmed to size, sanded, surface-finished if needed, quality-tested (bond strength, delamination/boiling tests for BWR), ISI-stamped, and packaged for shipping.
